Upon receipt of your order, the jewelry will be made. You will receive an email informing you that your order is ready. You can then choose an appointment to come and collect it.

Exchange and Refund Policy

If you ordered online or if the jewel is a gift and it does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it or obtain a credit valid for 4 months, within 14 days of receipt.

The jewel must not have been worn, altered, worn, washed or damaged, and must be returned in its original packaging. If it has a personalized engraving making it unsuitable for resale, it cannot be returned.

For a remote return, the shipping costs remain your responsibility.

What are the materials of the jewel?

All jewelry is made of gold or silver metal.

Their base is usually made of brass, steel or silver, with a fine gold finish for gold-plated jewelry.

They contain neither lead nor nickel.

The stones used are quality fine stones, crystal or glass.

How to clean the jewelry?

Over time, your jewelry will acquire a patina, which is completely normal. The patina (gold or silver layer) tends to fade gradually.

The speed of this alteration depends on the material and maintenance of the jewelry.

Jewelry naturally oxidizes with air and humidity.

I recommend that you clean them regularly by rubbing them with a soft, dry cloth and store them in a closed bag or box away from light.

Using a soft brush, I recommend that you clean your jewelry from time to time in cold, slightly soapy water (Marseille soap, for example) to remove any deposits, then rinse them with clean water and dry them carefully with a dry cloth.

When silver jewelry is too oxidized, has not been maintained, worn or protected, it turns black.
