Upon receipt of your order, the jewelry will be made. You will receive an email informing you that your order is ready. You can then choose an appointment to come and collect it.

Exchange and Refund Policy

If you ordered online or if the jewel is a gift and it does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it or obtain a credit valid for 4 months, within 14 days of receipt.

The jewel must not have been worn, altered, worn, washed or damaged, and must be returned in its original packaging. If it has a personalized engraving making it unsuitable for resale, it cannot be returned.

For a remote return, the shipping costs remain your responsibility.

Warranty and after-sales service

Jewelry is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers any manufacturing defect or fault.

On the other hand, breakage or damage due to improper handling will not be covered and may result in variable costs depending on the repair to be carried out.

As a craft business, I offer you an after-sales service allowing the repair of most costume jewelry, all brands combined, except in the case of non-replaceable parts.

I am committed to repairing your jewelry, even years after you purchased it, or to restoring it to modern tastes.

The cost of repairs depends on the items to be changed and the time spent, but an approximate estimate will be provided to you beforehand.

How to use the product?

Soak your jewelry in the cleaning bath for 10 seconds. The soaking time may vary depending on the level of oxidation, but should not exceed 30 seconds. You can brush them with a soft brush, such as a toothbrush. Rinse them thoroughly in cold water, then dry them with a soft cloth.

Care instructions

Compositions:

Gold plated (brass, silver or steel covered with a layer of gold of approximately 3 microns), 925 silver, stainless steel.

Interview :

Jewelry is resistant to everyday use but remains delicate objects that must be taken care of by adopting certain useful gestures: avoid contact with water, perfume and household products.

Store them away from humidity and light in the individual bags, this will also prevent them from getting tangled.

Cleaning:

Gold-plated jewelry : Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Note that the plating will develop a patina over time, and this will be more or less rapid depending on how much use it has undergone.

925 silver or stainless steel jewelry : Use the cleaning bath or soak your jewelry in warm water with baking soda. Clean gently with a sponge or microfiber cloth.
